What are corrosion inhibitors?

A corrosion inhibitor is also called a corrosion inhibitor, and consists of substances that prevent a chemical process from taking place. In this case, it inhibits corrosion (rust) in metals. In all metals there is a so-called potential difference that causes certain types of metal to conduct current. Our VCI rust protection neutralizes the difference so that the metal has a lower tendency to corrode from, for example, oxygen. All Tribotecs rust protection products contains corrosion inhibitors.
