This week we had theme days at Tribotec focusing on
liquid anti-corrosion products.
Under the guidance of Stefan, who is product manager for corrosion protection at Tribotec, both oil-based and water-based VCI products were tested for both indoor and outdoor protection.
Depending on the viscosity of the rust inhibitor, different application methods such as spraying, dipping and brushing were used.
Structure, appearance, concentration and drying time were parameters studied.
