With many years of experience in lubricant technology, corrosion protection methods and adhesive technology, it is a matter of course for us that knowledge is the key to success. We are keen to give our customers the right tools and security to handle our products in a safe and efficient way. We hold regular seminars at Tribotec's head office in Mölnlycke, but are also happy to tailor training to specific requests and hold them on site at the customers' premises.

Seminar in lubricant technology

An education for those who handle lubricants!

Among other things, you will learn this:

  • The basics of tribology (the study of friction, wear and lubrication)
  • How a lubricant is structured and how it works
  • Why lubrication is needed in your production
  • Lubricants in practice - What should we consider when choosing a lubricant?
  • Review of the various product groups within the OKS lubricant range (Pasts, Oils, Grease, Dry lubricants, Cleaning & Corrosion protection)

You also get the opportunity to exchange experiences with other lubricant users who participate in the seminar and get tips on how to improve your production.

Theory is mixed with practical exercises and often an external lecturer participates, for example from our supplier OKS.

Tribotec corrosion protection days

Give your staff corrosion prevention training!

We offer you inspiring days where the corrosion protection of the future is in focus.

Among other things, you get the opportunity to exchange experiences with other corrosion protection users, listen to lectures about the advantages of using corrosion protection solutions based on VCI technology and how to take control of your corrosion problems. We also talk about the importance of close cooperation between customer and supplier. We give you basic knowledge on how to best protect your products that are to be packed, stored and shipped from starting to corrode.

Some examples of themes we had during our corrosion protection days:

  • Corrosion – A global challenge!
  • VCI packaging material
  • Environmentally friendly liquid VCI products
  • Integrated corrosion protection solutions

The training is suitable for packaging technicians, quality personnel, purchasing managers, CEOs, sales managers who depend on delivering the "right quality" from the start without rust and thereby reducing complaints and bad will as well as increasing profitability and thus creating increased competitiveness.

Adhesive technology training

During this training you will learn the basics of adhesive technology. You also get an overview of the different adhesive types in Loxeal's range.

Among other things, we go through the following parts:

  • Anaerobic adhesives (Screw locking, Thread sealing, Cylindrical attachment)
  • Cyanoacrylate glue (CA glue, Quick glue)
  • Gaskets (Anaerobic and silicone)
  • Structural adhesives (2-component, 1-component, epoxy, acrylic & polyurethane)

You also get the opportunity to exchange experiences with other lubricant users who participate in the seminar and get tips on how to improve your production.
