Tribotec is looking for salespeople for the Maintenance business area

loxeal maintenanceTribotec AB, with headquarters in Mölnlycke, has been supplying knowledge and products in rust protection, joining technology and friction technology to manufacturing industries in the Nordics since the 1970s. The company has a turnover of just over 70 million (2014) with good profitability and currently has around 20 employees. Tribotec is part of the industrial group Indutrade AB.

Tribotec is growing and needs to expand with more talented salespeople. For our business area Maintenance, we are now looking for a passionate salesperson who is curious, fearless and persistent. To be the right person for this position, you must love being out with our customers, both existing and new, and delivering world-class customer value.

The work involves the sale of Loxeal's assortment in thread sealing, screw locking, instant adhesives and flexible adhesives to customers in maintenance and industry. You will be responsible for a district that corresponds to Småland. In the role of district responsible salesperson, you will have full budget and performance responsibility for your district. You will start from a home office and your task will be to actively process new and existing customers within your business area, with a focus on new customer processing!

Assignment description

  • Active sales processing of new and existing customers
  • Responsible for mapping new business opportunities
  • Responsibility for creating growth of Loxeal's range within the district
  • Responsibility to drive and lead business opportunities from start to finish
  • Responsible for ongoing training of both new and existing customers
  • Budget and performance responsibility for the district

The work is free with a high degree of own planning, the focus will be on new customer processing. We would like to see that you have successfully worked with outreach sales in other industries and are a committed, determined and ambitious person.
