Protect electronics with VCI Rust protection emitter

More and more people have discovered the benefits of protecting electronics with VCI Rostskydd's emitter.

Do you need to protect electronics and electrical installations so that they function without functional interruptions? With VCI emitter, you avoid oxidation and corrosion that can occur in enclosed spaces after temperature variations and other external influences. VCI rust protection emitter fits perfectly in electrical cabinets, sensitive lighting equipment, control systems, junction boxes in environments that are critical.

Example areas:

The process industry where controls, rules and measuring equipment must work.

In shipping - where the impact is large on electrical installations.

Hard-to-reach places – in equipment that is not accessible but requires extra service measures (location far away, in the terrain)

The technique is simple and cost-effective.

Cortec VpCI® emits releases the rust protection through a gas-permeable Tyvek® membrane.
The product has an adhesive backing and is delivered individually plastic-wrapped. VCI Emitter size is selected depending on the volume of the enclosed space to be protected. Try to ensure that the enclosed space has minimal air exchange - this will prolong the function of the anti-rust emitter.

VpCI®-105 emitter are compact to fit in modern electronics cabinets - they have diameter
58 mm and are 19 mm high. Use 1 source per 142 liters of volume in the enclosed space to be protected.

VpCI®-111, which has a diameter of 58 mm and a height of 32 mm, is enough for 311 liters.
