Protect electronics with VCI Rust Protection Emitters

VpCI Emitter for corrosion protection

More and more people are discovering the benefits of protecting electronics with VCI Rust Protection Emitters.

Do you need to protect electronics and electrical installations so that they function without interruption. With VCI emitters, you avoid oxidation and corrosion that can occur in enclosed spaces after temperature variations and other external influences. VCI corrosion protection emitters are ideal for electrical cabinets, sensitive lighting equipment, control systems, junction boxes in critical environments.

Example areas:

Process industry where control, regulation and measurement equipment must work.

In maritime transport - where the impact is high on electrical installations.

Hard-to-reach places - in equipment that is not accessible but requires additional service measures (remote location, off-road)

The technology is simple and cost-effective.

Cortec VpCI® emitters releases the rust inhibitor through a gas-permeable Tyvek® membrane.
The product has a self-adhesive backing and is supplied individually plastic wrapped. VCI Emitter size is selected depending on the volume of the confined space to be protected. Try to ensure that the confined space has minimal air exchange - this will prolong the life of the corrosion protection emitter.

VpCI®-105 emitter are compact enough to fit in modern electronics cabinets - they have a diameter
58 mm and are 19 mm high. Use 1 source per 142 litres of volume of the enclosed space to be protected.

VpCI®-111, which has a diameter of 58 mm and a height of 32 mm, can hold 311 litres.
VpCI®-105 NSN 6850-01-406-2060, MIL I-22110C (Comm. Equiv.).
VpCI®-111 NSN 6850-01-408-9025, MIL I-22110C (Comm. Equiv.).
Supplied in: carton of 20 pcs. VpCI®-105, carton of 10 pcs. VpCI®-111.
