Our new CEO, Niclas Arnell, together with all his colleagues can be happy about a fantastic 2018. Now we are filling up the stocks to the max again in order to be able to serve our customers in the very best way during 2019.
Niclas, tell us a little about your first year at Tribotec
- It has been a very positive and fun year where we have had great success in all our segments. We also had time for several internal events where we drew attention to the fact that we celebrated 40 years as a company and had successful rust protection days for our customers and partners.
What reflections do you draw from your first time at Tribotec?
- I see a very strong family team that has fun, works for each other and is passionate about creating satisfied customers in our areas of rust protection, silicone, adhesives and lubricants. We are building on this in 2019 by e.g. increased focus on retailers, modernization of our website.
How do you see Tribotec and the future?
- We will have a continued focus on delivering customer-adapted, sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions to our customers through close collaboration at the customer's location. I want us to be seen as a partner that helps our customers to develop and hope that customers value our high technical competence together with high-quality products and solutions with a strong environmental focus. I think that is the best way for both us and our customers to make money. I believe in developing new areas and specialist knowledge in combination with good service. Therefore, our insight into the customers' operations and our knowledge of the products is extremely important, which requires us to constantly develop ourselves and become even better.
