Time-consuming with traditional rust protection
With shipments all over the world, good corrosion protection is crucial to ensure deliveries. EMBA used to use traditional methods. All units and parts had to be greased with 'smear and goo' before shipping by container or lorry. Once there, everything had to be washed off again, a time-consuming job using unhealthy solvents. Only then could assembly and installation begin.

Today, EMBA has been working with Tribotec's environmentally friendly VCI corrosion protection for 12 years. Unlike before, each delivery now takes only 1/3 of the time to assemble and commission.
