Moulding compound
We offer a wide range of silicone moulding compounds for electronic components. Silicone moulding provides flexible and highly effective protection for many different types of electronics. Silicone moulding of electronics protects the components against all corrosion, UV light, oxidation, dirt, vibrations and dissipates excess heat.
We provide everything from standard products to optically clear moulding compounds, extra heat-conducting, UL-rated, fast-curing, to food-approved, etc. Unlike polyurethane, silicone does not give off heat when it cures, which is a major production advantage, as the electronics are not exposed to unnecessary stress.
