We at Tribotec have a large range of silicone potting compounds for electronic components. Silicone molding provides flexible and highly effective protection for many different types of electronics. Silicone encapsulation of electronics protects the components against all corrosion, UV light, oxidation, dirt, vibrations and removes excess heat.

Tribotec provides everything from standard products to optically clear potting compounds, extra thermally conductive, UL-classified, fast-hardening, to food-approved, etc. Unlike polyurethane, silicone does not give off heat when it hardens. This is a major production advantage, as the electronics are not subjected to unnecessary stress.
