With VCI paper and VCI foam, you get effective, fast-acting corrosion protection that saves both time and energy. Active VCI molecules evaporate into the air and form an invisible, protective film over metal surfaces – without the packaging even needing to touch the product.

What sets VCI paper and foam apart from VCI plastic is that they provide a higher concentration of rust protection per unit area. Our VCI paper is a sustainable packaging material that is biodegradable and fully recyclable, and is ideal as a flexible divider when you want to separate goods. VCI foam, which has a higher concentration than the paper, is ideal for combining with VCI plastic packaging to maximise protection during, for example, demanding sea transport. VCI foam also acts as a shock absorber and has excellent antistatic properties.

Whichever solution you choose, there’s no need for fiddly cleaning or degreasing on arrival – your products are completely clean and ready to use straight away!

Cortec VCI 146 Paper

Used as anti-corrosion packaging for all types of metal components. The paper is biodegradable and fully recyclable. Cortec VpCI paper is available in rolls, standard-sized sheets and customised formats.

Cortec VCI 132 Foam Pad, anti-corrosion foam sheet

A multifunctional, flexible sheet impregnated with corrosion inhibitors for the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Used as packaging material on its own or in combination with VCI plastic. 25×25 cm.

Cortec VCI 133 Foam Square, anti-corrosion foam sheet

Self-adhesive foam sheet impregnated with VCI corrosion inhibitors for the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Used as packaging material on its own, or in combination with VCI plastic for enhanced rust protection.
