With us, you’ll have the chance to combine sales, technology and long-term customer relationships in a role offering a great deal of freedom, a high degree of personal responsibility and excellent opportunities to influence both your own development and that of the company.

Your future role
As a technical sales representative at Tribotec, you will be responsible for developing business within your territory in south-west Sweden. You will work with both existing customers and actively pursue new business, with a key focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You help manufacturing industries find sustainable and effective solutions in the areas of corrosion protection, adhesives and lubricants. Our customers include companies in the automotive industry, the defence sector, the energy sector, the electronics industry and other manufacturing sectors. - Develop sales with existing customers
- Develop cooperation with retailers
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Drive growth in your sector
- Be responsible for the budget and results
Location: Our head office is in Mölnlycke, just outside Gothenburg; you can work from home on certain days of the week.
Area of responsibility: South-western Sweden
Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys doing business and delivering results. You get a real buzz from meeting clients, building relationships and developing new opportunities. Managing existing business is important, but what really motivates you is driving growth.
You see opportunities where others see challenges, and you’re not afraid to reach out to companies that aren’t yet familiar with Tribotec. On the contrary, you find it inspiring to open new doors and build up business from scratch.
We believe you have:
- Experience in proactive B2B sales
- A good understanding of technology and an interest in the industry
- A strong sense of initiative and a positive, winning mindset
