By using additives with VCI technology, we protect not only the wetted surfaces, but the entire inside of the system. This works through a unique two-step process:
In the liquid: The liquid phase provides direct protection on all surfaces in contact with the cooling water.
In the air (vapour phase): This releases VCI inhibitors that saturate the atmosphere in the hidden spaces of the system. The vapour finds its way into threads and bends where it forms a molecule-thick protective layer.
