How to glue rubber and difficult materials with quick fixation?

Instant glue, or cyanoacrylate glue as it is also called, are developed to bind a large number of substrates.
The glue binds by reacting to small traces of moisture on the surfaces, and is not only excellent on porous materials, but also suitable for metal, plastic, rubber, paper, wood and cork. As the name suggests, instant glue fixes very quickly, some only in a few seconds depending on the humidity and material. Use pipette to get the right amount of glue!

When it comes to instant glue, we have some really good choices in the range. Loxeal 34 and 61 are developed specifically for gluing difficult plastics and rubber. They both have a low viscosity which makes fixing fast. Loxeal 61 is also non-labelling and odorless, which makes it suitable for closed spaces and a good choice for health and the environment.

Loxeal 34 Fast glue – fast solution for hard-to-glue plastic/rubber

Super fast glue based on low viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate. Developed for fast gluing of EDPM, foam rubber, hard-to-glue plastics, soft plastics. Viscosity: 10-30 mPas (+25 °C).

✓ Plastics: PVC, Phenolic resin, ABS
✓ Metals: Steel, Aluminium, Zinc
✓ Other materials: Foam rubber, Neoprene

Loxeal 61 Fast glue – odorless for hard-to-glue plastics and rubber in closed spaces

Non-labelling quick glue based on alkoxyethyl cyanoacrylate. Odorless, low viscosity, and no white coloring, "blooming". Suitable for use in closed spaces.

✓ Plastics: PVC, Phenolic resin, ABS
✓ Metals: Steel, Aluminium, Zinc
✓ Other materials: Foam rubber, Neoprene
