Viscoseal, which is our own brand, is now widely used in Swedish industry. MS polymer is an adhesive product that is solvent-free, glues on all surfaces, and is used as an adhesive/sealant/jointing compound. As it cures in air and humidity, it can also be glued/sealed/joined under water. We have customers in the caravan/motorhome segments, the wood industry, aluminium profiles, construction, boats, and anyone who needs a quality product that does the job.
Tribotec can supply Viscoseal in white colour in 600ml cartridges, as well as transparent/brown/white/grey/black in 290ml cartridges.

VISCOSEAL 6958R
General purpose adhesive and sealant. Very good choice for bonding glass, plastic, wood, stone and metal. Cures with humidity and provides a strong, flexible joint. Viscoseal 6958R is used in a wide range of manufacturing applications, such as windows, greenhouses, car bodies, light fittings, automotive, refrigeration and plumbing, ships, small boats and containers.
Available in grey, black and white. Any colour is available in larger quantities.
Packaging: 290 ml plastic cartridge or 600 ml aluminium foil sausage. Also available in 25 litre buckets.
VISCOSEAL 6960R
A stronger variant of 6958R for demanding constructions. Viscoseal 6960R provides about 50 % higher tensile strength yet almost the same elasticity. Available in white, black, grey and brown in 290 ml plastic cartridges.
VISCOSEAL 6938T
Transparent, almost crystal clear adhesive and sealant. Same applications as 6958R. Available in 290 ml plastic cartridge.
VISCOSEAL 6900R
This variant of Viscoseal is a thin paste, which means that it can be sprayed using compressed air. It can be used as an adhesive for larger surfaces or as an anti-corrosion compound over welded joints. It can be sprayed in a thin or thick layer and can also be applied by brush. Viscoseal 6900R has very good adhesion to metals and many plastics.
VISCOSEAL 6930SL
Viscous and self levelling. Can be used to seal or glue narrow gaps where a paste cannot flow down. Hardens with the help of humidity into an elastic rubber mass that glues well to glass, metals, many plastics, stone and wood. Free from solvents.
2-component
VISCOSEAL 280FC
Viscoseal 280FC is a two-component MS polymer that produces a manageable glue joint within half an hour and is fully cured after four hours. It thus combines fast production with all the advantages of an MS polymer. Suitable for everything from small to large series. Easily applied with an electric caulking gun as it is supplied in single cartridge size. Does not need moisture to cure and can therefore be used in confined spaces, for example to fix tiles to a flat wall.
VISCOSEAL 2K
Viscoseal 2K is a very fast curing two-component adhesive and sealant for high volume production. It is based on SPUR and provides a durable, tough and flexible joint. Does not need humidity or heat to cure. For industrial bonding/sealing in large series, e.g. in vehicles, caravans, bodywork.
Available in 20 litre buckets: 48.5 kg per kit A + B.
